Offers outreach and education for people living with or at risk of Human Immunodeficiency Virus / Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS) and the general population

Programs include:
* Health education and risk reduction
- Educate people with HIV about risks of transmission
- Help those at risk of infection to change their behavior
- Promote access to HIV testing and awareness of one's HIV status
- Transportation assistance for medical appointments
- Support groups with free meal
* Prevention and education
- Educate public about prevention
- Distribute condoms and safe sex materials
- Outreach at high-risk sites such as homeless shelters or bars
- Speakers are available to give presentations to organizations
* The syringe program, commonly known as "The Exchange," provides sterile injection supplies to Injection Drug User (IDU)s in Northeastern Minnesota.
