Recreational activities for older adults to create social connections, learn new things and improve their general well-being.

MacPhail Music for Life is a music program with a variety of offerings for adults 55+ that are individualized to meet your goals and are taught by teachers experienced in working with older adults.
Offerings include opportunities for 1-on-1 lessons or classes in a group setting.
Classes include a variety of musical activities: singing, playing instruments, movement, relaxation, music history.
