Offers adult mental health support services to those living with a serious mental illness, such as connection to resources and organized activities

Additional Information

Community Support Program (CSP) services are provided to adults with serious and persistent mental illness and include:
* Independent living skills training
* Benefits assistance
* Vocational support
* Medication and symptom monitoring
* Housing assistance
* Crisis assistance
* Psycho-social rehabilitation

The Harmony Center offers persons with mental health disabilities the opportunity to be part of a social club, making friends and learning new skills.

The Outreach Center offers supportive and recreational services, such as information and education, recreational and social events, bipolar support group, friends and family bipolar support group, BINGO, crafts, employment and volunteer opportunities, and meals twice a week. Everyone is welcome and it is open Monday - Saturday from 10:00am - 4:00pm.

Referrals for these services must be made by a physician, therapist, or mental health case manager.


Accept many types of insurance, including Medical Assistance (MA) for covered services.

At Human Development Center (HDC) no one is denied services due to inability to pay. Each location has a sliding fee scale available based on your income for people without insurance.
