Provides exterior painting and home improvement assistance at no cost to homeowners.
Work may include:
* Exterior painting
* Caulking and weather-stripping
* Siding and trim repair or minimal replacement
* Accessibility ramp
* Railing repair
* Window and door repair
* Stair and walkway repair
* Deck and porch repair
* Gutter repair
* Landscape renewal
The purpose of this work is to restore the character of the home, the surrounding neighborhood, and to improve the home's weatherproofing and security.
Service is done during program days in June - September.

Eligibility
To qualify for assistance, homeowners must meet the following guidelines:
* Own and occupy your home
* Plan on living in your home for at least 2 years

* Annual income does not exceed the limits set by the agency
